At Footgear, we want you to step out in confidence; if your new shoes aren't the perfect fit, you can return them within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with the packaging intact to qualify for a full refund.

Initiate Your Return

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Pack Your Footwear

Place the unworn shoes back in their original branded box and secure them inside a shipping mailer or outer carton.

Attach Shipping Label

Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

Drop Off and Track

Drop your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund is processed.
